Roxboro House History

The Roxboro House development was a joint venture between Ottawa's Campeau Corporation, at the time one of Canada's largest public real estate developers, and Kowall Holdings Ltd., a developer that mainly operated in Western Canada. The building was completed and occupied in the summer of 1978. Roxboro House was touted as one of Calgary's finest residential condominium projects. We like to think it has withstood the test of time and remains one of the city's best places to live.

The original sales documents are posted here. Please note that the listed prices and condo fees are no longer applicable, nor is the interest rate offered by the partner bank (thank goodness).
