Renovation Request and Indemnity Form

Please review the Renovation Policies and Procedures in the Owner Information Manual prior to planning your renovation and filling in this form.

Once complete, please click submit and the details will be emailed to the Property Manager and the Front Desk. The Property Manager will review and if everything is in order, will forward to the Board of Directors to review ideally within the next two weeks. Approval will be granted via email from the Property Manager.

Once you have submitted the form above, click on the button below to attach these required documents. Without them your application will be considered incomplete and will not be considered.

  1. Floorplan of work to be done

  2. Asbestos testing results

  3. Contractors Commercial General Liability Insurance and WCB Clearance

  4. Electrician's Commercial General Liability Insurance and WCB Clearance

  5. Plumber's Commercial General Liability Insurance and WCB Clearance

  6. Underlay specifications for tile & flooring. If LVP is being used with an integrated sound membrane, please upload the information on the material.
