Once complete, please click submit and the details will be emailed to the Front Desk. Then follow up by clicking HERE to open an email to the Property Manager which you will need to attach your renovation plans. The Property Manager will review and if everything is in order, will forward to the Board of Directors to review at the next monthly Board meeting. Approval will be granted via email from the Property Manager.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the renovation policies and procedures noted in the Roxboro House Owner Information Manual.

I hereby jointly and severally agree to indemnify and to hold the Corporation, the Board and any other owners harmless from and against all claims, damage to common areas, causes of action (whether under common law, in equity, under applicable laws, or under any other theory of law, whether tortious, contractual, vicarious, statutory or otherwise, whether absolute or contingent, and whether based on fault, strict liability or otherwise) investigations or other legal proceedings ("Claims") that may be brought against any of them and from and against all losses, damages, costs (including the costs of professional advisors, legal counsel on a solicitor/client basis and consultants engaged to investigate or defend any Claims arising from the matter), expenses and other charges (including all penalties, assessments and fines), that any of them may suffer, sustain, pay or incur, whatsoever as a result of my renovation.
