Once complete, please click submit and the details will be emailed to the Front Desk. They will in turn send an email confirmation that your move is booked, or provide you with alternate dates should your date be unavailable.

As per the Roxboro House Owner Information Manual, move date availability must be confirmed and booked with the Front Desk prior to scheduling any moves in or out of the building so that the service elevator can be blocked off. Permitted move hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays. A non-refundable move fee of $100.00 payable to Condominium Corp #7810681 must be submitted in advance to the Front Desk. Security personnel will be hired to supervise all moves, the costs of which will be billed back to you.
